- Take 2 Kg raw mangoes, wash them properly and dice them into small pieces.
- In a bowl, properly mix these mango pieces with 500 g Vasant Sweet Achar Masala and keep them aside.
- Now add 1 Kg jaggery to the bowl, mix everything properly and take out this mixture to a clean jar.
- After 2 days, your sweet achar will be ready. Enjoy it!
- Oil is already present in Vasant Sweet Achar Masala. So, no need to add extra oil.
- If you want to make Kathiyawadi achar, then use 2 Kg raw mangoes, 2 Kg jaggery and 1 Kg Vasant Sweet Achar Masala. For sweet and sour taste, take the amount of jaggery and mangoes in 1:2.
- To even enhance the taste of your sweet achar, you can add small pieces of 100 g dates to 2 Kg raw mangoes.
- Take 1 Kg raw mangoes, wash them properly and dice them into small pieces.
- In a bowl, properly mix these mango pieces with 500 g Vasant Marwadi Achar Masala and keep them aside.
- Now heat 500 g mustard oil in a pan and let it cool down for a while. Pour this oil on the mango and masala mixture. Mix everything properly and take out this mixture to a clean jar.
- After 2 days, your Marwadi achar will be ready. Enjoy it!
- If more oil is required, heat it first and use it only after cooling it down. Make sure that there is enough oil to keep the achar fresh throughout the year.
- While making the achar, no need to add salt or any other spice. Just add Vasant Marwadi Masala.
- You can also make achar of gunda, lemon, carrot, cucumber, kerda etc. with Vasant Marwadi Achar Masala.
