50 ml Thai green curry paste,

50gCoconut milk powder

100g of cornmeal and,

How to make Thai Steamed Corn Balls?

Step 1 Boiled and ground corn

Boil the corn for at least five minutes in enough water. To make a smooth paste, drain the corn, add it to a blender, and blend until smooth. If at all feasible, try to utilise American corn.

Step 2: Combine each component

In a bowl, remove the corn paste. Add the following ingredients: cornflour, baking powder, green curry paste, finely chopped lemongrass, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. For the best flavours, use vasant masala's black pepper to enhance the level of your dish altogether. Combine the ingredients to create a smooth mixture.

Step 3: Make cornballs

Now take small parts of the mixture and carefully roll them into small balls in your hands. On a plate, arrange all of these balls.

Step 4: Steam the balls

Steam all of the balls for 10 to 12 minutes in a steamer.

Step 5: All set to serve

You can now offer your Thai Steamed Corn Balls. Enjoy with a dip of your choice in combination.

Paneer Biryani Recipe

No matter how many recipes you make, new years dinner will always get special with a little biryani served in the plate. Paneer cubes are marinated and cooked with aromatic spices and basmati rice using the paneer biryani recipe. Everyone at home enjoys paneer recipes, so after using paneer to make fried rice and pulao, I tried cooking paneer biryani today. In general, making biryani takes a while, but it is well worth the time.

(Serves: 4)

Ingredients

1 and 1/2 cups Basmati rice

1 1/2 cups Paneer cubes

2 tsp Vasant Masala's Red chilli powder

2 tbsp Thick yoghurt

Salt as needed

3 tbsp Oil

2 tsp Ghee

1-2 Green chilli

A handful of Coriander leaves + mint leaves

2 tsp Ginger garlic paste

2 Onion

1 Tomato

1/4 tsp Vasant Masala's Turmeric Powder

2 strands of Saffron

1 tbsp Milk

1 tsp Vasant Masala's Biryani masala

2 cups Water

How to Make Paneer Biryani?

Step 1: After washing, soak the basmati rice in 2 cups of water for 20 minutes.

Step 2: In warm milk soak the saffron for about an hour or till the milk changes its colour.

Step 3: Paneer cubes, thick yoghurt, salt, and red chilli powder - all should be combined in a bowl.

Step 4: If you are going to use frozen paneer, soak it for 10 minutes in boiling water before removing it and marinating it.

Step 5: Mix thoroughly and set aside for 15 minutes.

Step 6: If the yoghurt isn't thick enough, strain it for ten minutes in a tea strainer before mixing it with the paneer.

Step 7: Make sure the yoghurt is not too sour.

Step 8: Puree the tomato and slice the onions lengthwise. Cut the green chile in half.

Step 9: Add ghee and oil to a pressure cooker, along with the onions and green chillies.

Step 10: Don't burn it; sauté until golden brown. Browning the onions gives the biryani a great flavour, so patiently cook it on a medium burner.

Step 11: Ginger-garlic paste should be added to this.

Step 12: Sauté until the raw scent disappears. Add the tomato puree to this.

Step 13: Mix thoroughly and add the salt, turmeric, and 1/2 tsp. red chilli powder. Cook for one minute on a medium flame. Add the cubes of paneer that have been marinated.

Step 14: Mix well, but gently, and simmer for two minutes. To this, add the mint leaves and the finely chopped coriander.

Step 15: Add Vasant's biryani masala; The best biryani masala ever!! You could also use garam masala in place of it.

Step 16: Mix thoroughly and heat for a minute.

Step 17: Keep the water nearby when adding the soaked basmati rice. For one minute, saute the rice. Add the saffron milk, and water and Mix well. You can add a bit extra salt and biryani masala if you think it needs it. The masala water must taste strongly of salt and spices to pass the taste test.

Step 18: Cook the meal under pressure until the first whistle sounds.

Step 19: After that, keep it on the lowest flame you can manage for 5 minutes. Turn off the flame and allow the pressure to go away naturally.

Step 20: Open it up and stir it up nicely. Toss in the chopped coriander leaves.

Step 21: Serving paneer biryani alongside onion raita. And Lastly, For Dessert...

Paan Ice-cream Recipe

Paan ice cream made without an ice cream maker is a delicious Indian ice cream made using paan leaves. It's new years eve and do we need a Summer to relish an ice cream? NOT REALLY! So, let's dive right into the recipe.

(Serves: 3)

Ingredients

5 Paan leaves

1 tsp Vasant Masala Fennel seeds

1 tbsp Gulkand

3 Pieces Dates (Optional)

1 cup Fresh cream

1/3 cup Condensed milk

2 tsp Tutti fruiti (optional)

How to Make Paan Ice-Cream?

Step 1: Remove the stems and roughly slice the paan leaves

Step 2: This should be blended into a fine paste together with fennel seeds, gulkand, and deseeded dates.

Step 3: There is no need to add water because the gulkand's moisture content will be sufficient.

Step 4: Add the cream to a large bowl, then beat it for a minute. I employed an electric mixer.

Step 5: To this and the mixture of the ground plan, add the condensed milk.

Mix well. If adding, stir in the tutti fruity.

Step 6: Mix thoroughly before transferring to a box. For 6 to 8 hours, freeze it.

Step 7: Scoop the paan ice cream and remove it. Serve right away. Paan Ice cream is ready.
