Masala Tea Recipe

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup Milk of your choice
  • 4 tsp Tea Powder
  • ½ tsp Chai Masala
  • 2 tsp Sugar

Recipe:

  • Take a deep saucepan. Fill it with 2 cups of water and let it come to a boil.
  • Then add Chai Patti (Tea Powder) and your Tea Masala Premix to it.
  • Let the flavors get infused in the water. You will see the color change as it boils. After some time, it will release its aroma into the water.
  • At this point, you can also add fresh mint leaves to your tea if you want to make it more flavorful, but this step is completely optional.
  • After the flavors have been released, add milk and sugar to them.
  • First, let it simmer on medium heat. You will notice that the color gets dark and the consistency thickens.
  • You will find the froth coming upwards, reduce the heat and let it settle down.
  • Now, for the final step, increase the heat, and when you do so, the froth will come up in a rage. Be careful and get it off the heat before it spills.
  • Strain it before serving and drink hot for the best experience ever!
