Recipe:

Sweet Achar

• Take 2 Kg raw mangoes, wash them properly and dice them into small pieces.

• In a bowl, properly mix these mango pieces with 500 g Vasant Sweet Achar Masala and keep them aside.

• Now add 1 Kg jaggery to the bowl, mix everything properly and take out this mixture to a clean jar.

• After 2 days, your Sweet Achar will be ready. Enjoy it!

Note:

1. Oil is already present in Vasant Sweet Achar Masala. So, no need to add extra oil.

2. If you want to make Kathiyawadi achar, then use 2 Kg raw mangoes, 2 Kg jaggery and 1 Kg Vasant Sweet Achar Masala. For sweet and sour taste, take the amount of jaggery and mangoes in 1:2.

3. To even enhance the taste of your sweet achar, you can add small pieces of 100 g dates to 2 Kg raw mangoes.
   
   
   

Marwadi Achar

1. Take 1 Kg raw mangoes, wash them properly and dice them into small pieces.

2. In a bowl, properly mix these mango pieces with 500 g Vasant Marwadi Achar Masala and keep them aside.

3. Now heat 500 g mustard oil in a pan and let it cool down for a while. Pour this oil on the mango and masala mixture. Mix everything properly and take out this mixture to a clean jar.

4. After 2 days, your Marwadi achar will be ready. Enjoy it!

Note:

1. If more oil is required, heat it first and use it only after cooling it down. Make sure that there is enough oil to keep the achar fresh throughout the year.

2. While making the achar, no need to add salt or any other spice. Just add Vasant Marwadi Masala.

3. You can also make achar  of gunda, lemon, carrot, cucumber, kerda etc. with Vasant Marwadi Achar Masala.
