    1. Cook 100 g of arhar dal for 30 min with cut drum sticks, brinjal, pumpkin and onion.
    2. Add 2 big spoons of imli paste, red chilli powder and salt to taste. Also add 1 big spoon of Vasant Sambhar Masala.
    3. For tadka, heat 2 table spoons of oil and add all the necessary spices for it.
    4. Add this tadka to the dal mixture and let it boil for 2 min. Serve with hot dosas, idlis or uttpams.
