Method of preparation:

Add milk and water in a saucepan, when it starts to boil add the tea leaves. After a minute, add sugar and tea masala powder, let it boil for 4-5 minutes. Boil it more until the milk starts coming up to the top. At last, cover it with a lid and let it simmer for a few minutes. Serve the hot cup of masala chai and enjoy it.
