For Paneer Marination

  • 6 tbsp Hung Curd/Thick Curd/Greek Yogurt
  • ½ tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • ¼ tsp Ajwain (Carom Seeds)
  • ¼ tsp Vasant Masala Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp Vasant Masala Coriander Powder
  • ½ tsp Vasant Masala Cumin Powder
  • ½ tsp Vasant Masala Garam Masala Powder
  • ½ tsp Vasant Masala Dry Mango Powder
  • ¼ tsp Vasant Masala Shahi Paneer Masala
  • 1 tsp Vasant Masala Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  • Black Salt/Rock Salt/Regular Salt
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 200 gms Paneer

For The Green Chutney

  • 1 cup Coriander Leaves
  • 1 chopped Green Chilli
  • 1 chopped Ginger
  • 1 to 2 Garlic Cloves
  • ¼ tsp Dry Mango Powder/ 
  • ½ Tsp Vasant Masala Chaat Masala
  • 2 tbsp Hung Yogurt/Thick Curd/Greek Yogurt
  • ½ tsp Vasant Masala Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Water (Optional)

For The Dough

  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ tbsp Oil
  • ½ Cup Water
  • Oil Or Ghee as required for Roasting Rotis

For Veggie Salad Topping

  • ⅓ cup Shredded Cabbage
  • ⅓ cup Grated Carrots
  • ⅓ cup sliced Capsicum (Bell Pepper)
  • ⅓ cup sliced Onion
  • ¼ tsp Vasant Masala Kumthi Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt as required

Other Ingredient

  • 2 tbsp Oil – For Pan Frying Paneer

Instructions to Make the Paneer Kathi Roll

1. Directions for making Paneer Tikka Marinde

  • Take all the marination ingredients, excluding the paneer, and combine them in a mixing dish.
  • Mix thoroughly. If necessary, taste the food and add additional salt.
  • Add the chopped paneer now.
  • Gently combine, then let the paneer cubes to evenly absorb the marination. After covering, set aside for 30 minutes. (Refrigerate if kept for more than 30 minutes.)

2. Directions for making Green Chutney

  • Place all of the green chutney's ingredients in a grinder jar.
  • Add 1 tsp of optional water, then coarsely ground.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of thick curd or hung yoghurt next.
  • To make a smooth chutney, grind. Remove and place in a bowl; set aside. It's even better if you can chill the chutney.

3. Directions for Veg Salad For Paneer Kathi Roll

  • Shred the cabbage, grate the carrots, and finely slice the onion, capsicum, and onion.
  • Put the vegetables in a basin. Add 1 tsp of lemon juice and 1 tsp of Vasant Masala's Special Chaat Masala. Salt to taste may also be used.
  • Mix thoroughly, then set aside.

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 tbsp. oil and salt should be combined in a mixing basin.
  • Then gradually add 1/2 cup of water. You can start by adding 1/4 cup of water, and then add the rest as needed.
  • Start kneading. When necessary, add water and knead to create a soft, smooth dough.
  • The dough should be covered and set aside to rest for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Make the wheat rotis as you normally would and then get prepared for stuffing it!

5. Directions to make Paneer Tikka for Paneer Roll

  • In a pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil. Add the cubes of paneer that have been marinated.
  • Flip the paneer cubes over after a minute.
  • The paneer cubes should be pan-fried, flipping frequently until the marination is cooked and the paneer is tender.
  • At regular intervals, continue stirring and flipping them. In order to prevent the paneer cubes from sticking to the pan when frying, use a well-seasoned skillet or a non-stick pan.
  • When the paneer is done, take it off the heat and set it aside.

6. Directions to Assemble Paneer Kathi Roll

  • Pick up one roti.
